PAYMENT POLICY

For booking a room a valid credit card or a bank deposit of 50% of the total amount of the accommodation is required in order to confirm the reservation.

The company maintains the right to preapprove credit cards before visitor arrival in order to check their validity.
In every case the payoff of the accommodation is dealed before the departure.

CANCELATION POLICY

If canceled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. The amount of your deposit will be refunded, net of bank or postage fees.

For cancellations made less than 21 days to 1 day prior to arrival, 50% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged.

In case of no-show or interruption of your stay, the hotel has the right to ask for the full reservation price to be paid or the remaining amount in case you have deposited an advance.

Reservations are not transferred to other dates and the deposit is not offset by any other bookings.

Our hotel has the right to claim the above amounts mentioned in the above hotel cancellation policy. Responsible for compliance with the mentioned hotel cancellation rules between the client and the hotel owner are the courts of Magnesia.
